01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betpr0 platform — including any sub-pages, mobile interfaces, or APIs associated with betpr0.org — you ("the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and betpr0.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betpr0 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of betpr0 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of betpr0's services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the betpr0 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or organisation when using the betpr0 platform for gambling purposes.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the betpr0 platform or any affiliated service.

betpr0 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on betpr0, you must create a registered account. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) betpr0 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. betpr0 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpr0 login credentials.
• You must not share your betpr0 account access with any third party under any circumstances.

• betpr0 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

betpr0 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a first withdrawal, after a change in account details, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents typically required include a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

betpr0 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other approved local payment methods. All financial transactions on the betpr0 platform are processed in PKR with no additional currency conversion markup applied by betpr0.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated by betpr0 at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your betpr0 wallet immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours for verified accounts, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• betpr0 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

betpr0 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and event-specific promotions such as PSL betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new betpr0 registrants only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies.
• betpr0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, existing participants will be notified and any qualifying progress already accumulated will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or placing low-risk hedging bets with bonus funds — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• betpr0 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the betpr0 sportsbook. betpr0 may also publish sport-specific or event-specific rules which supplement these general rules where they apply.

• All bets are final once confirmed. betpr0 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in the event rules (e.g., event postponement, player withdrawal before start of play).
• betpr0 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price due to human error or technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's betpr0 wallet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent latency abuse. betpr0 reserves the right to refuse any in-play bet that arrives after the relevant in-play event has concluded.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per user apply and are displayed within the betpr0 sportsbook interface. Bets that would generate a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be refused or adjusted by betpr0.
• betpr0 reserves the right to limit the bet size on any market for any user at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betpr0 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpr0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betpr0 platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the betpr0 service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond betpr0's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your betpr0 account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing due to payment provider issues outside betpr0's direct control.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed account balances subsequently identified as the result of a technical fault, where betpr0 has exercised reasonable care.

In all circumstances, betpr0's total maximum liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the betpr0 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
